Hardware, Supercharging reading, buy/walk, inspect sheet — unlimited, no account. No complimentary Tesla factory reports. You pay only when Tesla is queried.
Credits do not expire
One credit is one Tesla pull. It stays on the account until you use it. A VIN you already unlocked does not spend again.
Battery coverage
State of health and capacity when Tesla returns them. Missing stays missing. Cybertruck often has nothing. If Tesla answered, the credit stays spent.
If Tesla does not answer
The credit comes back. A blank factory pull does not cost a credit.
Payment
Stripe handles the card. Hardoptic does not store card numbers. Sign-in is a 6-digit email code, then checkout. No Tesla login.
